Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, including customized products or sale items. Hygiene products or perishables are also not eligible for return.
Exchanges

European Union 14 Days Cooling Off Period
In accordance with European Union regulations, customers in the EU have a 14-days cooling off period from the date of delivery to decide if they wish to keep their purchase. If you choose to return an item within this period, you may do so without providing a reason, as long as the item is in its original, unused condition and packaging.
